As a coach, I ask questions that bring clarity. To get to the root of your issues, we look at the past and often end up exploring your childhood. Once you understand what happened to you, you can move forward and unlock the future.

Our coaching takes place on Zoom (or other videoconferencing platforms, if you prefer). We can work 1-to-1, in groups, or a mix of both. Sessions are usually 45 minutes. Rates begin at $150.
