About me

I’m a college professor who teaches writing, communication and journalism. I am also an inner child coach who specializes in life, work and diversity/inclusion issues.

Most importantly, I’m the recovering daughter of my beloved, control-freak Chinese immigrant parents. Everything I learned about transforming my childhood tough love experiences goes into coaching clients and helping students today.

I believe that we can transform the triggers and traumas of our past to become our most joyful, powerful selves today. If you can find your inner child, you will find a life you really want. If you’d like to learn more about coaching, contact me by clicking HERE.
