It’s hard to be single during the holidays. I have a tough time this Christmas. But somehow I survived and learned a few things about myself.
I’ve always enjoyed quilting but this one was extra special. Made a beautiful comforter for my single woman bed. Happy to snuggle alone in it.
Went to my first Diwali party, in celebration of the Hindu festival of lights. Lots of fun. Sree Sreenivasan and his wife Roopa make great hosts.
I love Queen Helene facial masks. They costs less than five bucks a tube and last forever. Easy to use and fast too. When my marriage and bank account went bust, the Queen kept me looking good.
My pet grammar peeve is worth reading. If you get this straight, you’ll instantly look smarter and more educated. It’s about “it” vs. “they.”
