Hi Betty,
I love your website! I got the link from the sister of a friend, whose mother was cured of scleroderma using a herbal brew recipe that she got from Jeffrey years ago in NY. Now I have scleroderma :( and would like to rid myself of the disease as she did. (We cannot ask their mother, as she sadly passed away a few months ago.) Do you have any ideas about how I might obtain that recipe? I have SCL-70 antibodies.
Thanks for your blog and help, Lisa
lisa, thanks for visiting with me. i don’t know anything about the recipe but here is a list of acupuncturists/herbalists that have been trained by jeffrey. maybe one of them can help. if not, holler at me again and let’s see what we can do. http://studentsofjeffreyyuen.com/
Lisa Kelly, did you ever get the recipe? My mother-in-law Jackie had scleroderma. Unfortunately, she’s no longer with us but while she was alive she joined a scleroderma support group online. If you have the recipe I would love to share the knowledge with this group. Or you, Betty or Mr. Yuen can do so. Jackie was an amazing person and loved to help others. She even volunteered her time to answer calls at a suicide hotline. She never lost hope and I believe this is what kept her alive for many years over those predicted by her doctors. I’m writing his in her honor, as I know she would want me to do this. Thanks! God Bless. :)
No, unfortunately I didn’t. I called a few people, and they had no idea what I was talking about. I think that living a life as stress-free as possible is a worthy goal for everyone with an autoimmune disease. Sorry that I cannot be more help. Jackie sounds like she was an amazing person. I have heard incredible stories of remissions in people who are extremely positive.
I rarely comment on or praise someone’s personal website but your’s is exemplary in that it is exciting and intriguing – like an artist’s loft.
Kudos and keep up the good work…
A friend attending the Pacific Symposium conference where Jeffery is speaking told me about his talk on fetal nutrition. He introduced him to one of our doctors who in in the same area – perinatal health. He recently wrote a 1000+ page masterpiece called Brighton Baby on “…how to have extraordinary children in a toxic world.” It’s a Bible for a couple planning to have a baby.
Lisa Kelly, I was very sadden when I heard you have not been able to get the recipe. Therefore I took the liberty to contact a student of Mr. Yuen on your behalf. Things look promising. This is what he wrote back:
“Hello wendy. Ill talk with jeff and ask him his thoughts.. what was the name of the patient he saw? I might be able to pull up her records. Where does lisa live?”
Please don’t provide our exact address, city and state will be just fine. If you feel more comfortable you can e-mail me at wendykarina@icloud.com
I know how strange this must sound to you but I really just want to help a fellow human-being. This is not a scam, I’m a real person, I don’t need any money and I don’t want to meet up. If you email me I will give you my home number if that makes you feel more secure.
Thanks so very much for taking the time to look into this for me! The name of my friend’s mother is/was Nancy Leeming. She lived in New York. I live in the Seattle, WA area. Thanks again, Lisa
Hi Lisa, I provided Mr. Yuen’s former student, Andrew Huey, the information you provided above.
I’ll let you know what he says when he gets back to me. In the meantime, for more information on Mr. Huey here is his website: http://www.cwcherbs.com/
Under the tab “Jeff” you will find a letter of recommendation from Mr. Jeffrey C. Yuen.
Finally, in my search for Mr. Yuen, I was sent an email address that appears to be Mr. Yuen’s contact email. If you shoot me an email to wendykarina@icloud.com I’ll forward you that information. I do not want to post what could be his private email on a public forum. Best regards, Wendy
Hi Betty, I am on your blog and came across it when I was looking for info. on Jeffrey Yuen. Is the orange link for Jeffrey’s food list somewhere on this blog page? If it is, I can’t find it. If it is not on this page, what address do I go to?
Thanks!
Chris, the link is right there: JeffreyYuen Food List. You might need to hover over those words for the orange link to show up. No matter what, click on it and it will download a document to your computer.
I am truly interested in finding Jeffrey Yuen’s Materia Medica of Essential Oils… but cannot locate one anywhere on the internet or any other place. Anyone know to point me in the right direction?
Wow. I have no idea where you’d find that now. But have you sent an email to Jeffrey via his website? There’s a bookstore page. None of his books are on it. You might inspire him to publish or at least link to a resource. http://jadepurityfoundation.org/bookstore.html
NESA (North Eastern School of Acupuncture) in the Boston area has transcripts from Jeffrey classes that they sell. Cost is about $80 each. They have one for his essential oils class.
Hi, I no longer have the list available via a pdf. It was too confusing for some readers. So now, the list is embedded in the blog post itself. Hope that helps!
